Terms of Service

Effective 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Polyoptra at https://app.polyoptra.com. By signing in or using Polyoptra, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

Polyoptra is run by Eastside Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 17 698 174 542), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It reads data from the Google Analytics, Search Console and Chrome UX Report properties you connect, and shows the traffic of all your websites on one dashboard. It is read-only: it never changes anything in your Google accounts. Polyoptra is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

ARGUS-9’s answers are produced by an AI model and can be wrong. Check the figures against the report named under each answer before acting on them.

Who can use it

You must be an adult who can enter a legal contract, or a person acting for a business. You may only connect Google properties that you own or are authorised to connect.

Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with a Google account, or with an email address and password where Polyoptra offers it. Your sites live in a workspace. A workspace owner can connect Google accounts and invite other people, as owners or members. You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do in your workspace. Everyone in a workspace can see that workspace’s data. Keep your password and your Google account secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into either.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • connect a Google Analytics or Search Console property you do not have the right to connect;
  • break the law or anyone’s rights using Polyoptra;
  • try to get into accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours, or to probe, overload or disrupt the service;
  • copy, resell or run Polyoptra as a service for others without our written permission; or
  • use Polyoptra in a way that breaks Google’s terms or policies.

Your data

Your data stays yours. That includes the information from your Google properties and what you enter in Polyoptra. You give us a licence to use it only to provide the service to you, such as storing it, processing it and showing it on your dashboards. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Third-party services

Polyoptra works with Google services. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your Google accounts and to the data in them, and Google may change or limit its services or data at any time. We are not responsible for Google’s services.

Plans, fees and billing

  • Plans. Polyoptra has a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Agency and Scale). The sites, team members, Google accounts, history, workspaces and other limits for each plan are shown at polyoptra.com.
  • Free trial. A new workspace gets a 14-day trial of the Agency plan. It does not need a payment card and it never turns into a paid subscription by itself. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan stays active until then.
  • Plan limits. If a workspace has more sites than its plan allows, for example after a trial ends, a downgrade or a cancellation, the extra sites are paused and stop being scanned. We do not delete them or their data. The owner chooses which sites stay active, and paused sites resume when the plan allows.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we keep the plan going for a 7-day grace period while Stripe retries the payment. If it still has not been paid after that, the workspace moves to the Free plan.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include tax. We add GST for customers in Australia where it applies, and any other tax we are required to collect. Your invoice shows the tax.
  • Refunds. If you contact us at hello@polyoptra.com within 14 days of a charge, we will refund that charge. After that we do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Founding customers. If you signed up during early access, or within 60 days of the paid plans launching, you get 30% off your plan for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the discount may not apply. We may change the discount for new customers at any time, but not for yours.

Availability, and no warranty

We work to keep Polyoptra running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. Figures come from Google, and may be late, sampled or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them for an important decision. We may change the service or take it offline at times. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any of those guarantees, or any other right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of Polyoptra. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Polyoptra is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our liability for a breach of a guarantee, we limit it, at our choice, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Polyoptra at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing hello@polyoptra.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to for security or legal reasons, or if we stop offering the service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page, and for a change that matters, we will take reasonable steps to let you know before it applies. If you keep using Polyoptra after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth courts sitting there.
